Ambassador Program

Shape your future.
Share the adventure.

Document your time in Bali, semester or short course, help the next cohort find their way in, and get real recognition for it. It's a separate, selective application, decided once your intake's deadline closes.

What an
Ambassador does.

You're the bridge between StudyInBali and the people who haven't come yet: course mates back home, your university, whoever's asking.

01
Document
Your time in Bali

Blog posts, videos, social updates: your real experience, in your own words. Semester or short course, it's the same idea.

02
Share
Your journey

Through your own networks: social media, student clubs, whatever actually reaches people who'd care.

03
Be
A go-to resource

Firsthand answers for future students asking about the programs, life in Bali, or anything in between.

What's in it
for you.

Recognition for real work, never the reason to apply in the first place.

01Refund: money back after your program

Partial to full, paid back once the work is actually done, not deducted upfront. You pay the normal fee like everyone else.

02Referrals: a thank-you for recruits

Bring someone new into a program and there's an extra reward, for expanding the SIB family.

03Network: real connections

Ambassadors, alumni, and people working in education, in Bali and beyond.

04Skills: personal & professional development

Communication, leadership, content work: the kind of practice that shows on a CV.

How it
works.

You apply for your program first. If you also want the Ambassador role, you apply for that too. We just don't decide until after the deadline closes.

  1. 01
    Normal review

    Apply for your program

Normal application, normal review. Nothing about the Ambassador role changes your program application, either way.

  2. 02
    With your application

    Apply for the role, too

Tell us why, and show us something: photos, video, writing, whatever you'd actually bring. It's a separate, short step alongside your program application.

Apply for the Ambassador role by email → · include your program, intake and a link to your work

  3. 03
    After deadline

    We choose who fits

Once applications close, we look at everyone from the confirmed cohort who applied for the role. Some intakes that's a couple of people, some intakes none. No fixed number, no quota per program.

  4. 04
    During your program

    Do the work

Real workload, planned alongside your studies. See above for what that actually looks like.

It's recognition for real work, paid back after, never a discount up front.

Interested?
start with the program.

Apply for the program you actually want, first. Want the Ambassador role too? You can apply for that in the same window, and we'll let you know after the deadline.

Apply now €350 registration, refundable when you cancel more than 8 weeks before intake, minus a €100 processing fee
